The foundations of Nutritional Therapy
It's likely you're here because something feels off — afternoon energy crashes, stubborn weight that won't budge, sleep that never restores you, or labs that come back "normal" even though you don't feel like yourself. You've probably tried the generic fixes already, with mixed results at best.
That's because your body has been trying to tell you something — and Nutritional Therapy is how we learn to actually listen. Not through one-size-fits-all protocols, but through a plan built entirely around your biology, history, and goals. Bio-individuality isn't a buzzword; it's the foundation of how I work.
Together, we'll connect the dots between how you feel, what you eat, and how you live — and from there, build realistic, sustainable recommendations tailored to your life.
I'm here to work alongside you, cheering you on toward your goals, so you can create change that actually lasts — the kind that finally makes you feel rooted in your own body again.

I created this safe space to help you tune into your body, restore balance, and reconnect with its innate wisdom.
After decades of health challenges — including digestive struggles, years of unexplained chronic pain, and a turning point that changed everything I thought I knew about my body and health — I’ve come to learn that our bodies hold an innate ability to restore balance and thrive, and that lesson is exactly what I built this practice on. My work centers on supporting that natural capacity through nutrition-focused, lifestyle-based guidance tailored to your unique needs, encouraging you to trust yourself and step fully into your own health journey.
As a Nutritional Therapy Association-certified NTP, I help you reconnect with the core foundations of health that shape everyday wellness — nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress resilience, and blood sugar regulation. Through compassionate education, practical tools, and bio-individual recommendations, we will work together to strengthen these core systems so you can feel more grounded, energized, and aligned in your daily life.
This is a collaborative, non-medical approach rooted in complete respect for the whole person. Whether you're seeking more vitality, improved focus, restorative sleep, a deeper connection with your body's signals, or simply feeling "more like yourself," I'm here to guide, empower, and support you on your path to sustainable well-being.

Individual experiences vary. Results are not guaranteed.
After a decade of researching ways to feel better naturally, it became apparent that a foundational, healthy lifestyle and a nutrient-dense diet were key. By applying these principles, I’ve made huge progress with my digestion and various other symptoms, a breakthrough I once thought was out of reach.

After I gave birth to my first child, I was exhausted and falling asleep on the couch most nights... I was irritable and impatient, accompanied by jittery and light-headed feelings... I now have sustained energy throughout the day and I'm able to keep up with my wild toddler. But what I found truly invaluable was better emotional regulation — which means more patience with my daughter and less snapping at my husband.

My mom has had some major digestive issues for years. Over the past few weeks, we’ve focused on the Foundations of Health, and she has seen significant change. It is extremely exciting to see how Nutritional Therapy can make a difference!

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I take a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness, supporting your body’s innate ability to restore balance through nutrient-dense food, lifestyle changes, and bio-individual guidance shaped around you and your goals.
NTPs are educators, not licensed medical providers. The work complements, not replaces, care from your doctor.
This may be a good fit if you’re living with ongoing symptoms that haven’t been explained, feel off even when nothing stands out on your labs, or want an approach that looks beyond symptoms to what’s underneath. Not sure yet? A complimentary 20-minute discovery call is a no-pressure way to find out. You don’t need certainty — curiosity is enough to begin. Individual experiences vary. Results are not guaranteed.
It means there's no one-size-fits-all protocol. Your body, history, and goals are unique, so your recommendations are built specifically around you rather than a generic plan.
The 3-Month Program is a focused, foundational deep-dive for most clients. The 6-Month Program is designed for more layered or long-standing imbalances, offering a slower pace, more room to adjust your wellness plan, and extended support. Unsure which is best for you? Let's talk about it!
Every client starts with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. We’ll talk through your health story and see whether working together feels like the right fit. If it does, I’ll send you a scheduling link to choose your program and book your first session. All sessions are virtual, and scheduling and payments are handled securely through your Client Portal — I've kept it quick and simple, so you can focus on what actually matters.
The client portal is set up to accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience, and all payments are handled securely.
Possibly, but it isn’t guaranteed. My services are educational and wellness-oriented, and HSA and FSA plans generally reimburse only expenses tied to a medical condition. Your plan administrator decides, and some require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor, which may be easier to obtain when I’m working in cooperation with medical providers.
You’re welcome to pay with your HSA or FSA card through your Client Portal or invoice. If it’s declined, use another card and submit my itemized receipt for reimbursement. Because I’m not a licensed medical provider, requirements vary by plan, so please confirm with your plan administrator before booking. Please note that any amount your plan doesn’t reimburse is your responsibility.
Sometimes, life throws a curveball — it happens, I know. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I ask for 24 hours’ notice. Sessions and packages are non-refundable, and cancellations within 24 hours result in the loss of that session. This keeps your progress on track and respects the time set aside for other clients.
For clients in the 3-Month or 6-Month Program, a missed session isn’t automatically made up elsewhere in your timeline — your remaining sessions continue as originally scheduled. That said, if you’d like to add that time back, just reach out and I’ll arrange it at the cost of an individual session, space permitting. And please don’t worry — I’m on your side. A little advance notice helps me stay focused on your goals and makes sure you get everything you’re meant to out of our work together.
Discovery calls can be rescheduled at any time with no penalty.
The ginkgo is one of the oldest tree species on Earth, admired for its resilience and longevity — a quiet reminder of what’s possible when you’re deeply rooted and built to endure. The ginkgo’s two-lobed leaf holds space for both sides of life at once: yin and yang, joy and sorrow, proof that balance isn’t about choosing one over the other. That’s the heart of my work: nourishing the body and restoring balance so you can enjoy a body that thrives.
